New Hampshire
The population of New Hampshire is estimated to be 1,309,940 (in the year 2005) with 704,601 estimated to be a part of the labor force. The median household income is $55,580 with a per capita income of $27,407.

New Hampshire is bordered by Quebec to the north and northwest, Maine and the Atlantic Ocean to the east, Massachusetts to the south, and Vermont to the west. It is the second-most-forested state in the country, after Maine, in terms of percentage of land covered by woods.

Its agricultural outputs are dairy products, nursery stock, cattle, apples, and eggs. Its industrial outputs are machinery, electric equipment, rubber and plastic products, and tourism. The current New Hampshire economy is largely driven by fiscal policy. The state has no sales tax, no personal income tax and advocates a frugal budget, thereby attracting commuters, light industry, specialty horticulture, retail customers and service firms from other jurisdictions with higher tax policies (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/New_Hampshire).
